LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) - Oscilloscope Laboratories has picked up North American rights to "The Apple Pushers," a documentary about immigrant street vendors narrated by Edward Norton. Mary Mazzio wrote and directed the film, which she also produced with Tom Scott and Christine Vachon. It explores the world of New York City pushcart vendors, many of them immigrants. "The Apple Pushers" premiered at The Hamptons International Film Festival 2011 and has screened elsewhere on the festival circuit. The documentary will be part of the Whole Foods DoSomethingReel Film Festival on April 22. ...
